Feb 27
Spinning 9-10am. Then on my own, 10-10:30am: 500 quick skips w/the skipping rope, 50 man push-ups, some ab work.
I've worked out 20/28 days so far, tomorrow will make it 21 if I can suck it up and do spinning again!
